Ingredients
4 cups shredded cooked chicken or 1 rotisserie chicken deboned
4 cups water
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
16 oz package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can diced potatoes, drained
1 lb Velveeta, cubed
1 tbsp Abby J’s Smokin’ Hot Sauce
1 pinch minced chives, parsley, and croutons, for garnishing

In a Dutch oven, combine the first five ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, 8-10 minutes.

Stir in cheese, just until melted (do not boil).

Top with Abby J’s Smokin’ Hot Sauce and garnish with chives, croutons, and parsley.
